Plot: Humphrey Bogart, Aldo Ray, and Peter Ustinov are three criminals who break out of prison right before Christmas. They plan to steal from a local storekeeper, but then take pity on him and his family after learning more about them. The prisoners hatch a a plan to help the family which involves the use of Peter Ustinov's pet.
