"Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey and reminds us to cherish every moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we've lived." -Jean Luc Picard

Flashback Friday!
Sorry about the ads that play before the NBC clips.
I apologize for the length of these two clips. If you just want to see "the dress in the window" scene, go down to part II. The scene starts at about 3:20.
These are such great clips! I have always loved "Went With the Wind" - and the Carol Burnett Show in general (I remember watching it in the 70s on regular TV!)
Happy Friday! (I am SO glad the weekend is almost here)
The Land Shark on SNL! Remember? He'd knock on the door and when asked if he was "that Land Shark" he'd claim he was a Candy-Gram or the UNICEF man or some other such thing.
P.S. I linked to your post on email forwards on my blerg today.
Heather Cherry, Uh-oh! The simple act of being near those emails can be very dangerous. If you are not careful, you could end up walking around twitching and bedazzling everything you can get your hands on! After that, you progress to really insane tablescapes and hanging chandeliers from trees.
Call your doctor, ASAP and make sure you've received all the appropriate shots!!

You forgot "UNICEF Man..."
Heather Cherry,
I'm drawing a blank here right now, please fill me in!
Thanks!

Ah, I remembered the land shark but had forgotten most of his aliases other than Candy-Gram!
It seems most of us have at least one offender who delights in sending us those "wonderful" emails! LOL
ACK! I just checked my Hotmail and I had a freaking glittery gif "girlfriends" email from someone. That just ain't right.
