80's Edition- Love Songs
I had David Coverdale's hairdo at one point in the 80's. *grins*
I can remember listening to the radio back then and hoping that the guy I had a terrible crush on would dedicate this song to me. *blushes*
RIP Dan, you are missed.
This song makes me think of Mr. Hairball as we were good friends before we fell in love with each other.
I've always loved this song and Steve Perry's voice.

Awesome choices! I love Whitesnake and my mom's favorite singer is Dan Fogelberg, so I grew up with his music.

Just as an FYI: Dan Folgelburg's "Leader of the Band" song is part of the dedication page in my dissertation. My father passed away before I finished and I dedicated my work to him and included some of the lyrics.

I can't imagine how hard it would be to have someone close to you to die while writing your dissertation. The process is hard enough when you don't have any upheavals in your personal life.
